We value both the relationship we have with our members and our vendors.
We also understand things happen and sometimes you can’t make an event that you’ve paid for. In most cases, we are able to provide a refund up to 14 days before the event.*
If you need to discuss your purchase with us or have an issue, just send us an email.
*Some events require a minimum amount of attendees. If this is true of your event, we may not be able to provide a full refund, but we will discuss this with you on a case by case basis.
